We will sell you the highest quality Christmas trees, based on Paul’s 60 years of trading experience. 

Our team will take the utmost care selecting, packaging and when required delivering your Christmas tree. 

TERMS OF SERVICE 

These general terms and conditions of sale ("General Terms and Conditions of Sale") apply to any order you place through PaulHaleyChristmasTrees.co.uk (the "Website").

You must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. 

If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order any product or service through the Website.

We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. 

The photos are of example Christmas trees i.e. the Christmas tree that appears on the picture is not the exact tree that you will get. You will receive an equal quality tree of its species. Each Christmas tree is unique 

The Wreaths and festive balls as described are also unique and photos indicate the quality on par with the wreaths we will supply. 

The actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

PRICING POLICY

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes. 

Our trees are priced in feet. A 4ft tree for example will be in the range 4ft and above up to 5ft. 

Delivery charges are extra and priced at £10 unless the address is outside our usual delivery area. 

The delivery area is understood to be ‘all areas of Bolton’ 

We will ask you to submit your address when purchasing. 

All orders placed that have requested our standard delivery that are outside our delivery area – (the ‘delivery area’ understood to be ‘all areas of Bolton, Lancashire) will be refused and refunded. 

We can arrange delivery to some areas of Blackburn and Darwen and Bury, but this MUST be pre-arranged by email or telephone. 

In which case this different price will have been prior discussed before delivery. 

RETURN POLICY 

Once purchased our trees cannot be returned or refunded. 

Except, in accordance with your legal rights - only if they are faulty or damaged.

The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.

As trees and plants are perishable, our company policy is that the reasonable time in which you must notify us that your tree does not conform to contract is 24 hours.

CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS 

If for any reason you need to cancel your click and collect order please let us know 24 hours in advance of payment to cancel the order and to be refunded.

If you need to amend your order, for example- you would like a bigger or smaller tree but still intend to purchase please get in touch via email or phone. 

If it’s within the 24hour period pre purchase we can swap it, and if not we will endeavour to do our best. 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER 

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us.

If you supplied us with your email address when entering your payment details (or if you have a registered account with us), we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order.

All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of Paul Haley Christmas Trees until we have received payment in full from you for those products. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

To purchase from us all fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment via Stripe when we accept your order. 

If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this via email and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

We will not use your details anywhere else. 

DATA PROTECTION 

We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than for the marketing of Paul Haley Christmas Trees products and services. We (and our representatives) may hold your personal details in order to process your order and/or maintain your account.

All financial information (i.e. credit & debit card information) is secure within Stripe Pay for Online orders and  Paypal. over the phone. 

ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY  

Delivery timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. 

We will endeavour to deliver your tree within 48 hours of ordering online unless you have specified a preferred date that has been agreed with us via email or phone.  

Or, if the tree is outsized you will be aware of a different delivery timescale. 

Delivery will be to the Bolton address specified in your order. Unless you have contacted us to arrange delivery elsewhere for an extra charge. 

We will knock/call to alert you that we have arrived and in the case of no one in we will leave in the safe place you have told us. 

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. 

We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the times and dates agreed for delivery. All delivery and collection times quoted are estimates only and occasionally delays will occur. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within such estimated timescales. 

You should advise us of any special parking requirements or loading/unloading areas in writing at the time of order.
